Netherwood Point started out as a 1-acre vacant lot. With its close proximity to the Netherwood Train Station, TJC had a vision of building quality rental apartments on the site and took immediate action.

Working closely with our development team, we designed the buildings specifically for this property so that we could maximize yield without compromising quality. With creative architecture and engineering that utilized a subterranean stormwater system, we designed the property to accommodate 25 apartments. Each apartment unit has its own private entry into the unit as well as one private covered parking space under the building. Each apartment has 2-bedrooms with 2 or 2 ½ bathrooms, granite kitchen counter tops, and a plethora of designer upgrades throughout.

TJC worked hand-in-hand with the City of Plainfield and received unanimous site plan approvals for the project. We then built the entire project using only high-quality materials and skilled craftsman. All 25 units were fully leased within 3 months of project completion and the entire project was then sold to a 3rd party in 2018.
